Thyroid stuff is working?

The verdict is still out, but this is day 4 on the Solaray Thyroid caps. I've lost a pound (back down to 157 now) and today I noticed I'm feeling better with more energy. I've also been eating smaller portions more frequently through the day and I feel I've done very well. Tomorrow is yard mowing day (in 90 degrees + w/humditity!) so I'm sure I'll get a good HOT dose of exercise in then. :) I've got a few more things to post about but I'll put them in separate posts for easier reading.
